B2BLeadFinder alternative
The B2BLeadFinder alternative for agencies that sell websites
Short answer
B2BLeadFinder is a browser-based tool that scans Google Maps and other public sources for local businesses with a weak or missing online presence, finds their contact details and tracks them on a Kanban board. Skip the Pitch is a desktop app for agencies and freelancers who sell websites to local businesses: it finds the prospects, grades their current site, builds a bespoke showcase site to pitch with, and tracks the deal to won.
This is the closest comparison on the site: both find local businesses with weak websites, both grade what they find, both track the deal. The split is the build. B2BLeadFinder ends with a contact and a score. Skip the Pitch ends with a finished website you can put in front of the prospect.

What is the actual difference?
Three of the four steps overlap, so the honest question is how much the missing one is worth to you. If your pitch is a call and a proposal, B2BLeadFinder gets you there for less. If your pitch is the site itself, already built, the build is the whole point and it is the step they leave out.

"Needs your own AI account" is a real cost on our side, not a feature. It is also the reason our builds are unlimited. Both rows are the same trade seen from two directions.
How does the pricing compare?
Both are flat monthly plans metered on discovery. B2BLeadFinder counts lead scans and contact lookups. Skip the Pitch counts managed Google searches and published sites, and never meters the build, which is the one thing only one of them does.
B2BLeadFinder
Two live counters per month: lead scans (Google Maps searches that return prospects) and decision-maker lookups (contact discovery per lead). AI proposals and email sending also appear in the plan table but are marked Coming Soon across the site, so they are planned limits, not live ones.

Skip the Pitch
No build meter at all. Builds run locally on your own AI account, so a plan never caps how many sites you make. Plans differ on two things only: how much managed Google discovery you get, and how many published sites you can keep live.
The honest trade: you supply and pay for your own Claude, Codex or OpenRouter account, and the app needs a Mac with Apple silicon or a 64-bit Windows 10/11 PC.

When should you choose B2BLeadFinder instead?
Often, and we would rather say so than waste your time. B2BLeadFinder is built for web design and SEO agencies, freelancers and small sales teams prospecting local businesses, especially anyone who wants contact discovery and a pipeline in one cheap browser tab.
- Contact discovery is the product: it cross-references Google Maps, LinkedIn, WHOIS, Facebook, Instagram and regional directories to find a decision-maker and an email, with a confidence label on each field. Skip the Pitch does not find emails.
- A cheaper entry point at $14.99 a month, or $12.99 billed yearly.
- Entirely browser-based, so there is nothing to install and no hardware requirement.
- A Kanban pipeline with named stages from New to Won or Lost, shown on the lead card next to the gap signals.
- A Digital Health Score that grades the Google Maps profile as well as the website, which is a wider lens than a site grade alone.
If any of those describe you, use B2BLeadFinder. It is a good product and it is not trying to do what we do. See B2BLeadFinder
When does Skip the Pitch make more sense?
When the site is the pitch. A contact and a score get you a conversation. A bespoke replacement, built before you make contact, gets you a decision, because the prospect is looking at the thing they would be paying for. B2BLeadFinder does not attempt:
- Building the replacement site. Their own features page says the audit quantifies gaps but does not build websites for prospects.
- Drafting or sending outreach today. AI proposals and email sequences are listed on the plans but marked Coming Soon.
- Running on your own machine with your own AI account. It is a hosted web app.
Skip the Pitch covers the whole run: find, grade, build, close. You walk into the conversation with the finished site already made, which is the entire idea: see how it works.
