How Skip the Pitch compares.

Outscraper and D7 Lead Finder get you the list. My Web Audit grades the site. B2BLeadFinder finds and tracks businesses with a weak web presence. Landingsite.ai builds the site. GoHighLevel runs a client's whole marketing. Skip the Pitch is the whole run for agencies that sell websites to local businesses: find, grade, build, close.

These pages quote each product's own pricing page and say plainly when the other tool is the better choice. If you only need one step of the job, a list, an audit, a site or a whole agency platform, several of them will serve you better than we will, and the comparisons say so.

Every tool at a glance

Selling a website to a local business takes four steps: find the business, judge whether its current site is worth replacing, build the replacement, and follow the deal to a yes. Here is which of those each tool covers, and the cheapest way in as each vendor publishes it.

Read from each vendor's own pages. Verification dates are on each comparison page; the newest entries were checked on 19 October 2026.

Which tool for which job?

Most of these are not substitutes for each other, so the useful question is which job you are hiring the tool for.

Skip the Pitch

Pick Skip the Pitch when you sell websites to local businesses and want the whole run in one place: find businesses with a weak or missing site, grade them, build the replacement before you make contact, publish a preview link and track the deal to won. Plans start at $20 a month; builds run on your own AI account, which you pay for separately. See how it works.

Outscraper

Pick Outscraper when you need business data in bulk: hundreds of thousands of Google Maps records, reviews or contacts, priced per 1,000 and available by API. It is the right tool for feeding your own pipeline, not for deciding who to pitch. Skip the Pitch vs Outscraper.

My Web Audit

Pick My Web Audit when the audit is what you sell: branded PDF reports across SEO, Google Business Profile, speed and accessibility, plus audit widgets that capture leads on your own site. It does not find prospects or build the fix. Skip the Pitch vs My Web Audit.

B2BLeadFinder

Pick B2BLeadFinder when you want the decision-maker's email next to the gap: it finds local businesses with a weak presence, digs out a contact and tracks them on a Kanban board, from $14.99 a month in the browser. It stops before the build. Skip the Pitch vs B2BLeadFinder.

D7 Lead Finder

Pick D7 Lead Finder for cold outreach at volume: one keyword and one city return hundreds of leads with emails, phones and social links, ready to export. It is the stronger list builder; it does not grade, build or track. Skip the Pitch vs D7 Lead Finder.

GoHighLevel

Pick GoHighLevel when you run clients' marketing on retainer: CRM, SMS, email, calendars, reviews and funnels for every client in one white-labelled platform, from $97 a month plus usage. It is the bigger, more expensive product, and the better one for that job. Skip the Pitch vs GoHighLevel.

Landingsite.ai

Pick Landingsite.ai when you already have the client and want their site live, hosted and taking payments with no setup: from $15 a month per site, or $49 a month for an agency's drafts. It builds well; it does not find, grade or track. Skip the Pitch vs Landingsite.ai.

Questions people ask when comparing

Which of these tools builds the website for a prospect?
Skip the Pitch, GoHighLevel and Landingsite.ai all build a complete site with AI. Only Skip the Pitch also finds and grades the prospect first and builds before you make contact. Outscraper, My Web Audit, B2BLeadFinder and D7 Lead Finder do not build sites.
Do any of them have a free tier?
Outscraper, D7 Lead Finder and Landingsite.ai let you start free. Outscraper: Per service, resetting every 30 days: the first 500 Google Maps places, the first 500 reviews and the first 500 contacts are free. D7 Lead Finder: Partly. Anyone can run 5 guest searches a day, which show business names and basic signals but cannot be exported. There is no free trial of the paid plans: all three are billed monthly from the first day, and you can cancel any time. Landingsite.ai: Partly. You can build and preview one website for free, with no credit card and 10 AI chat edits. Publishing it needs a paid plan, from $15 a month, and paid plans carry a 30-day money-back guarantee. Skip the Pitch has no free tier; plans start at $20 a month.
Do I need my own AI account?
Only for Skip the Pitch. Builds run on your own machine with your own AI account (Claude, Codex, OpenRouter, Cursor Agent and more), which is a real extra cost and also the reason builds are never metered. The other tools that build include their AI in the plan: Landingsite.ai meters it with credits, and GoHighLevel charges usage for some AI features.
Is Skip the Pitch a GoHighLevel replacement?
Only if you sell websites and nothing else. On paper they overlap: both find prospects, both build sites with AI, both track the deal. The difference is size. HighLevel is an agency's whole operating system, from $97 a month plus usage, and it pays for itself when you run clients' marketing for them. Skip the Pitch does one job, selling a website to a local business, from $20 a month.
