D7 Lead Finder alternative

The D7 Lead Finder alternative for agencies that sell websites.

Short answer

D7 Lead Finder is a lead-list tool: enter a keyword and a city and it returns up to 1,200 businesses per search with emails, phone numbers, postal addresses and social profiles, exportable to CSV, Excel or PDF. Skip the Pitch is a desktop app for agencies and freelancers who sell websites to local businesses: it finds the prospects, grades their current site, builds a bespoke showcase site to pitch with, and tracks the deal to won.

They are not substitutes. D7 Lead Finder hands you a big contact list per search, which is what cold email at volume needs. Skip the Pitch hands you fewer, ranked prospects and a finished website to show each one.

What is the actual difference?

D7 Lead Finder is wider and cheaper per lead, built for the volume end of outreach where the email address matters most. Skip the Pitch is built for the other end: fewer prospects, each graded, each with a site already built, each tracked to a won deal.

"Needs your own AI account" is a real cost on our side, not a feature. It is also the reason our builds are unlimited. Both rows are the same trade seen from two directions.

How does the pricing compare?

Both are flat monthly plans metered on discovery. D7 Lead Finder caps searches per day, and each search can return hundreds of leads. Skip the Pitch caps managed Google discovery per month, keeps Free maps discovery unlimited, and never meters the build.

D7 Lead Finder

A cap on searches per day, set by the plan. Each search is one keyword in one location and returns a list of usually 300 to 1,200 leads, so the daily lead count is an estimate, not a limit. Prices are shown inclusive of tax in the visitor's currency; the figures here are what a US visitor sees.

  • Searches per day (Starter / Agency / Professional)10 / 30 / 100
  • Estimated leads per day3,500 / 10,000 / 30,000
  • Leads per listUsually 300 to 1,200
  • Free guest searches5 a day, no export

Skip the Pitch

No build meter at all. Builds run locally on your own AI account, so a plan never caps how many sites you make. Plans differ on two things only: how much managed Google discovery you get, and how many published sites you can keep live.

The honest trade: you supply and pay for your own AI account (Claude, Codex, OpenRouter, Cursor Agent and more), and the app needs a Mac with Apple silicon or a 64-bit Windows 10/11 PC.

When should you choose D7 Lead Finder instead?

Often, and we would rather say so than waste your time. D7 Lead Finder is built for anyone doing cold outreach at volume who wants contact data fast: agencies, freelancers and sales teams in any industry and any country. It is a list builder, not a sales workflow.

  • Contact data is the product: business email, phone, postal address and Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter links for each lead. Skip the Pitch does not find emails.
  • Volume. A single search usually returns 300 to 1,200 leads, and plans run 10 to 100 searches a day, from a database of 65,000,000+ leads by their count.
  • Signals for other sales angles on the higher plans: whether a business runs Facebook, Instagram or Yelp ads, uses a Facebook or Google pixel, its review scores on Yelp, Facebook and Google, and its email provider.
  • A free way to look before you pay: 5 guest searches a day, with no account, though free results cannot be exported.
  • Exports to CSV, Excel and PDF, works in any country and category, and runs in the browser with live chat support.

If any of those describe you, use D7 Lead Finder. It is a good product, built for a different job than ours. See D7 Lead Finder

When does Skip the Pitch make more sense?

When a list is not what you are short of. Thousands of emails a day only help if you have something worth sending. A finished site built for one business is a reason for that owner to reply. D7 Lead Finder does not attempt:

  • Grading the website. It detects signals such as mobile-friendliness, Google Analytics, schema and WordPress, but does not judge whether the site is good enough to keep.
  • Building a replacement or showcase site to pitch with.
  • Tracking the deal. Its pages describe lists and exports, not a pipeline.

Skip the Pitch covers the whole run: find, grade, build, close. You walk into the conversation with the finished site already made, which is the entire idea: see how it works.
